The High Fläming: A nature park without the scary heights

High Fläming Nature Park, with its 827 square kilometres, is the third largest national park in Brandenburg. According to the residents of Schloss Wiesenburg this varied and rich morainic landscape is the largest with its gently rolling hills. The highest elevation measures just 200 metres; nevertheless it provides hikers with a wonderful view of the fields, meadows and woods. This is a good area for those who enjoy mushroom gathering and in the evening when they get back to the Schloss kitchen they often like to share their lucky finds with the other residents.
